Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and we’re excited that we have a brand new relationship with a local jewelry vendor, Sara Barrington (@shopsarabarrington). Sara is married, mother of 3 and has a hint of a southern accent as she moved up to New England in 2015 from North Carolina. She calls her business Barrington Bangles & Baubles. Love it!
Wire Wrapped BanglesSara uses a variety of gems, beads and wires in both sterling silver and gold plated. I am definitely in awe of her ability to do such intricate wire wrapping - as seen in her earrings and bangles. Being a maker of jewelry myself, I know how time-consuming this process can be.
Sara says she just recently started experimenting with hearts. We, too, have seen an uptick in the heart jewelry department out there. I guess hearts can never go out of style.
