I began my entrepreneurial journey painting furniture with a vibrant product called Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. The allure of its ease of use, fun application, and wide array of colors captivated me, leading me to transform any paintable surface in sight. As demand for my painted furniture grew, I seized an opportunity and established a store by the harbor, where I not only sold paint but also offered décor items, conducted engaging painting workshops, and indulged in refreshing swims in the harbor during scorching afternoons.

Years have swiftly passed, and my store has evolved into a haven for unique treasures. Although paint is no longer part of our inventory, the store now boasts a new name and a diverse collection of fascinating items. Handcrafted jewelry, captivating mosaics, and an array of local artwork adorn our shelves, reflecting the essence of Martha's Vineyard. The spirit of change resonates through our store, yet certain traditions remain intact - we continue to welcome visitors year-round and embrace the tradition of afternoon swims, a testament to the island lifestyle that inspires us every day.
